Two decades inside Australian print. One problem that kept getting worse.
We watched businesses try to solve this by going offshore directly. Most of them found out the hard way that the savings looked better on paper than they did in practice. Quality failures, communication gaps, missed deadlines and no local recourse when things went wrong erased whatever margin they'd hoped to recover.
In 2024, we launched PrintCentre to build a better model. One that combines the factory-direct pricing of offshore production with the oversight, accountability and reliability of a local partner. The savings are real. The risk is ours to manage, not yours.
For two decades, we worked inside Australian print — managing production, running operations and watching good businesses get squeezed from both sides.
On one side: domestic costs that kept rising. Labour, paper, energy, commercial rent — all structural, all unavoidable. On the other: clients unwilling or unable to absorb a 30–45% premium on every job.
